Its leader and chef , Olivier Sergeant, learned his craft from master chefs Alain Chapel, Lameloise . He also worked in well known restaurants of French gastronomy as La Tour d'Argent, before moving to Britain and let his creativity flourish.

Our buffet offers a choice of cereals, yoghurts, fruit juices, coffee, tea, chocolate, meat, dried fruit, fresh fruit salad, fresh fruit,viennoiseries, breads: white, grain, full also goat cheese and variety of jams and honeys. You can also order hard-boiled eggs, scrambled or omelette (2.5 € extra).
During your stay at the hotel des indes , Catering service is proposed, so you can dine by candlelight in the patio. We propose a menu at 38 €, with appetizer, entree, dessert . it is a daily menu according to market availability and on request . Wine list will be suggested but you can also bring your own elixir…
No catering is provided on Sunday evening.
